Lol, I agree that there are very few occasions on which 10" of travel is ACTUALLY needed, but I'm not gonna say 'no' if it's free, right!?
I've seen the pics of your Reign - very nice! I have the same issue with mine that I just can't get the seat down low enough for some things (I understand this sounds fairly lame) so if I ever race on it I use a super short seatpost, but I can't be arsed to lug that around just for the odd drop or super-steep bit.
Ok I know where the jump is afterall - and just to clarify - I WAS clearing it thank-you very much (not to flat tho - I'd be impressed if you're getting that!).
Hope the finger's well and good now - hardly sounds ideal when you can't use the front brake!

I thought drops were your thing... Bad experience sometime? Looks cool though, but then I do have a bit more suspension than you!
Can't really say I know where the ski jump is, sorry. Only been up there once back in March/April. I take it you've ridden the tracks up on the Wrekin itself? Nice drop at the bottom there.

Talk me through where the landing is on this, Pete... Is it just one long downslope? (Excuse my ignorance - the tree branch is obscuring stuff!)

Ha ha! Real estate is a slang term used to describe the fresh grass often found to the sides of the more obvious 'sheep-line' of race track. More often than not providing a chance to steal some vital seconds during a race run. (I think it may have originally came from Rallying, but I may be mistaken on that one). Does that make sense..? Keep it pinned Emma! One more thing, just how do Muppets ride? Have you ever seen one? They might be really good..

I feel ur pain, I have no money either, selling everyhting I own on ebay 
lol. Might have an interview tomos tho. Em, my bike is soo clean becos all the much was frozen solid and the last time cleaned it was after that ride easty a couple of weeks ago when i feel off. I did manage to put some of what i learnt into practice but was hard with the weather. Let me know about the weekend
